Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Casa Amarosa. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales efforts of our wholesale home and lifestyle goods to retailers in the US, Canada and Europe. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Knowledge of the home goods and lifestyle industry is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and coaching to achieve individual and team goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing retailers, serving as their primary point of contact
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including attending industry events and trade shows
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and make recommendations for product development and improvement
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team on a regular basis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with the production team in India to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality control
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and continuously strive to improve sales strategies and techniques
