Main Job Duties:- Handling of customer accounts and following through all inquiries till resolved.
Effective management of large amounts of daily written communication and incoming calls, (order entry and daily management of customer orders) answering to customers inquiries.- Follow up with supply team to secure timely order fulfillment.
Provide accurate, valid information to customers inquiries using the right methods/tools.
- Coordination with forwarders and preparation to execute shipments from worldwide shipping platforms.
Invoicing and preparing of all export documentation.- Electronic submitter and collection of certificates from chamber of commerce.
Occasional direct submitter of original export documents to bank.
- After sales support service handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution to problem.
Attend international fairs and exhibitions to promote products and establish relations with of shore importers.- Achieve business objectives and sales targets through prospecting for new clients and current clients development.
Other duties as assigned
Fluent in English
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft office, excel,word, social media).- Ability to perfectly communication, negotiation, organizing.
Experience in Export and supply chain.
Near living is preferred
