Location:Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience Required: 2-3 Years

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Export Pricing Specialist with expertise in container pricing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing export pricing strategies, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing for international shipments. This role requires a deep understanding of the freight forwarding industry and market dynamics.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for export containers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs to determine optimal pricing.
• Negotiate rates with shipping lines, carriers, and other service providers.
• Maintain and update rate sheets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and provide accurate quotations to customers and sales teams.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop pricing proposals and strategies for key accounts.
• Analyze and monitor costs associated with export shipments, including freight, handling, and other charges.
• Ensure pricing covers all costs and achieves desired profit margins.
• Communicate pricing information and updates to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding pricing.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.
• Ensure all pricing complies with company policies and international trade regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all pricing agreements and transactions.

Skills:

• Experience in export pricing, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of container pricing, international shipping terms, and market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in pricing and documentation management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
