Job Description:

The Export Manager for Sugar specifically plays a vital role in overseeing the export activities of the sugar products in a strategic and efficient manner. This role is instrumental in driving the company's global market presence, maintaining compliance with export regulations, and fostering strong relationships with distributors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's export strategy for sugar products.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with international clients and distributors.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Analyze target export markets to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Manage logistics and transportation for export shipments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to adjust export strategies.
  • Coordinate with quality control and production teams to meet international standards.
  • Resolve any export-related issues or customer concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on export performance and market analysis.
  • Supervise and lead the export sales and support teams.
  • Ensure accurate and updated export documentation and records.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's sugar products.
  • Monitor and optimize export-related costs and expenses.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sugar export management or related international trade roles.
  • Deep understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
  • Excellent knowledge of global sugar market dynamics and pricing trends.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing international sales contracts.
