Job Description

  • Develop merchandising strategies that align with customer expectations and company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to forecast product demand and plan inventory accordingly.
  • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and distributors to optimize pricing, quantities, and timelines.
  • Manage store layouts, displays, and inventory to maximize customer interest and sales.
  • Proven experience in merchandising with a strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
  • Highly creative, with the ability to devise campaigns that engage and motivate target audiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent listening, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • A degree in Marketing or a related area field is preferred.
