Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive export strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in the Middle East, Latin America, and the USA.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive landscape to optimize product positioning and market penetration.
- Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in target markets to expand the company's presence and distribution network.
- Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with distributors and partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure alignment of export activities with overall business objectives.
- Provide market insights, feedback, and intelligence to internal teams to support product development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and course correction.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, training programs, and promotional materials to support distributors and enhance brand visibility in target markets.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation requirements, and quality standards in all export transactions.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to proactively address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Skills and Relevant Work Experience -
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, export management, or business development, preferably in the Ayurveda, herbal products, or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding market presence and driving sales growth in international markets, particularly in the Middle East, Latin America, and the USA.
- Strong understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements for target markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software is desirable.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish or Arabic is a plus.
