Description
We are looking for an Export Documentation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the job market context of India. This is a full-time position and the candidate will be responsible for handling all export documentation-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other related documents
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and requirements of the exporting country as well as the importing country
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipment of goods
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export documents and transactions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration
- 0-1 years of experience in export documentation in the job market context of India
- Knowledge of export regulations and requirements in India
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
