Export customer Service

Candidates should be graduate with minimum 3-4 year's experience (Freight Forwarding).

Salary upto 4.8L

The Candidates should be having good communication skills to communicate with Overseas Agents/Customers & Liners and well versed in Complete Shipping process.

*Co-ordination, Customer service (SEA).

* Converting DDU & DDP shipment and close co-ordination with overseas agent & customer.

* Negotiation freight for LCL & FCL with shipping line & co-loaders.

* Handling EXWORKS, FOB, CIF and C&F shipment.* Co-ordination with Transporter for Delivery of Shipments & Planning for Delivery.

* Co-Ordination with custom clearance dept for getting status and to avail required Documents.

* Preparing Daily Status Report of Export Shipment.

* Solving problems arising in activities related Handling import documents.

* Tracking on water containers.

* Handling Export EXWORKS, FOB, CIF and C&F shipment.

* Follow up with Shipping line and CHA.

* Co-ordination with Shipper for order confirmation.

* Handling Export

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
