Roles and Responsibilities
Attending customers enquires up to order
Preparing quotation in consulting with the respective head
Sourcing for different products
Promote new product to customers
Sending outstanding payment statement
Tracking the shipment of the customer
Processing a high volume of product orders.
Processing invoices for all sales transactions
Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the teams objectives.
Attending phone calls from customers.
Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
Responsible for processing sales orders and liaising between customers, suppliers
Communicate with clients/suppliers with regards to order progressing, documentation
Requirements and to resolve any potential issues arising from your projects.
Ensure the correct and timely distribution of documentation
Execute and manage all Pre & Post export related documents
Experience Required
3 to 4 years in export house
