Manager Export Commercial
This person will ensure that international shipping documents and laws are adhered to, oversee customer service for export clients, and manage budgeting for shipments for a globally recognized leader in customized bromine-based products and services with a vast distribution network across 70 countries. They are a Leader in Specialized Bromine-Based Chemicals, ISO 9001:2015 certified, with robust backward and forward integration facilities.
What You Will Do
- Manage logistics,
- Documentation, MSDS, DG certifications, customs, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- negotiating contracts, and building relationships with overseas clients to facilitate successful exports.
What You Will Bring
- More than 5 years of relevant experience as an Export Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of shipping documentation requirements and international trade regulations.
- Understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
- Knowledge to raise Proforma Invoice, PL, filing of shipping bill, letter of credit, pre-shipment documentation and post-shipment documentation, bill discounting, buyers credit, knowledge of GR waiver.
- Coordinate with customers for dispatches.
- Switch BOL for Export. invoice preparation and documentation.
- Knowledge of Merchant Trade Transaction, high seas sale.
