Export Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Billing and Invoicing:

• Prepare and issue export invoices and credit notes in compliance with international trade norms.
• Ensure accurate calculation of export duties, taxes, and levies as applicable.

1. Documentation Management:

• Create and verify export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with buyer and country-specific requirements.

1. Coordination:

• Work closely with the external logistics team for timely dispatch of shipments.
• Liaise with banks for LC (Letter of Credit) documentation and payments.
• Collaborate with clients, freight forwarders, and customs agents to resolve discrepancies.

1. Compliance and Reporting:

• Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain export billing records and reports for audits and management reviews.

1. System Management:

• Use SAP Software to process invoices .
• Regularly update records to ensure real-time accuracy.

1. Problem-Solving:

• Resolve queries related to export invoices or documentation raised by clients or internal departments
