What You'll Do
The Audit and Controls Advisor carries out administration activities and tasks to support with implementing and maintaining control systems, processes and high quality internal audit activities, which add value and improve the organizations operations and provide assurance it is in conformity with the Standards and Code of Ethics, (across financial and non-financial areas of the business).The Audit and Controls Specialist has a good understanding of concepts and procedures within Audit and Controls delivering tasks relating to the design, development, implementation and maintenance of Vodafone's audit programmes and control systems.Typically reports to the Audit / Controls Manager.
Who You Are
- Follows Internal Audit guidelines and methodology to deliver tasks to support the execution of operational plans;
- Supports independent, objective internal audit activity;
- Understands the Corporate Governance requirements of market/s;
- Provides audit reporting and analysis and identifies and highlights potential control problems;
- Uses communication skills to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way;
- Has a good understanding of concepts which support in identifying areas in the control environment for improvement;
- Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
