The role shall lead and support Business Excellence work within the region to secure continues improvements and usage of best practices
Your day-to-day work/ Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall Business Excellence strategy for the region
- Lead and support Business Excellence and SKF Production System (SPS) implementation
- Support Managers in developing and implementing Master plans and Daily management
- Coach managers and employees in lean mindset
- Challenge organization to reach operational excellence
- Facilitator for meetings, workshops and trainings
- Secure a good governance and meeting structure
- Support transformation and continuous improvement
- Secure good network with Business excellence network for benchmarking

Academic Work Profile
- Bachelor s degree with a specialization in Accounting
- 5+ years of work experience within Finance function including experience within:
- Business Excellence / Lean
- Quality and Six Sigma
- Coaching facilitation
- Training
- Change project management
- Experience of working in a Manufacturing Set-up/ Exposure working in a Shared services Centre will be an added advantage
