Job Description

What You'll Do

As the Expert Networks Assistant, you will assist the Expert Networks team in supporting our portfolio of expert network providers. Support for our expert network strategy will include monitoring vendor metrics, creating KPI reports and supporting our bi-annual vendor feedback survey and the presentation of the results. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all vendor information presented internally on our microsite is kept up-to-date, as well as all expert network content including the compliance guidelines.

You will also assist with our Finance Operations including case code retrieval from case teams; identifying overcharges in vendor invoices; and ensuring we receive refunds from vendors. You will also be expected to automate the case code retrieval process, driving efficiencies. Another key focus of the role will be to look for opportunities to drive efficiencies and automate processes more broadly within the Expert Network function.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Problem solving and analysis Includes data analysis as well as ability to tackle problems with little direction and oversight
  • Stakeholder management and prioritization Clear understanding of how to allocate time and resources to best serve our internal stakeholders
  • Collaboration skills Being able to work with multiple different functions within BCG including Accounts Payable, Finance, Procurement, etc
  • Organized and detail oriented Can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across the function
  • Working with global, virtual teams across functions, preferably in a professional services environment; High comfort level working in a continually changing environment

You Bring (experience & Qualifications)

  • Degree with demonstrated high academic achievement
  • Exceptionally strong analytic and communication skills
  • Excellent presence and business acumen, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • High comfort level working in a virtual, continually changing environment
  • Comfortable utilizing PowerPoint, Excel and Tableau
  • Fluent in English

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
