Expert Dev with FreeSwitch Experience

Chatmantics is a conversational automation platform that provides Assisted AI, virtual assistants, and chatbot solutions to contact centers. Our solutions help contact centers improve customer acquisition and post-customer acquisition costs via Voice, SMS, email, and Social Media channels.

This is a remote contract role for an Expert Dev with FreeSwitch Experience. As an Expert Dev, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software systems, specifically with expertise in FreeSwitch. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in software development and programming
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with FreeSwitch is required
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
