Within Employee Services (GES HR), the Contract Management function is responsible for managing the larger and more complex outsourcing, service, and (IT)implementation contracts. Provides legal and commercial support and solutions. And act as contract expert and trusted advisor to enable the utilization international and commercial contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. The Senior Contract Delivery Coordinator will report directly into the Global HR Contract Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and ensure value realization from running contracts, advise on operational issues, under-performance, and incidents. Perform/request/assess/document and follow up on Root Cause Analysis. Employee Services and its contract landscape encompass a global footprint.
- Work with Regional Service Delivery Management to update/create contract KPI consolidation and reporting.
- Manage and communicate the Contract year calendar in collaboration with stakeholders. Map local contracts (owners), landscape, owners, priority assessment, training needs.
- Support implementation contract governance, (Performance management, issue &incident processes, improvement planning, financials, etc.) Change Control Board governance and quality monitoring (budgets and recurring cost impact)
- Financial queries follow-up/streamlining. Support in preparations commercial negotiations. (analysis, scenario building, background, alternatives)
- Assist in Risk Assessments, Business Impact, Privacy. Maintain and provide analysis/follow-up on Supplier. Global Framework agreements, SLA's and local service agreements underpin the delivery of services, systems, and collaboration across regions.
- Analytical and Commercial Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on contract management, assessing contract performance, and delivering commercial insights.
- Procurement & Negotiation Experience: Proven experience in procurement, conducting negotiations, and managing post-contract activities with suppliers.
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in analysing data, with hands-on experience in Vendor Management Systems (VMS); familiarity with VM tools is a plus.
- Operational Management: Capable of tracking and evaluating supplier performance.
- Individual Contributor: Ability to work independently, with a successful track record of engaging and managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Position requires close coordination with the customer facing Service Delivery and Domain leads, the Global Enterprise Services, Finance & Control, Procurement and Legal

You bring
- Bachelor/Master degree, preferably in Procurement, Business Administration, Law, or other relevant experience with HR outsourcing, services, and transformation.
- Preferably 2-5 years of experience in contracting/HR services/procurement in an international organization.
- Good hands-on knowledge in regional HR general operation, local laws, and regulations. Experience with HRIS providers, (global) Payroll, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Contingent Labour would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills can engage with all levels in the organization (also cross functions). Excellent interpersonal and customer and business relations skills to leverage and orchestrate diverse stakeholders with adequate sense of urgency, share insights with colleagues.
- Experience in the field SLA and KPI management. Excellent negotiation skills and confident in dealing with conflicting interests of the various stakeholders and vendors.
