Qualification: Graduation / MBA

Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in the same field

Salary: Upto 40,000/- per month

Female / Male both can apply

Shift Timing: 10am - 7pm

Location: Parkstreet, Kolkata

Responsibilities :

Plan ,manage and handle Companys various intellectual properties via coordinating with marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

Plan and manage social media platforms for clients and act as a dedicated account manager for them

Meeting clients and handling their queries

Presenting client with proposal and PPTs as per their social media requirement

Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

Design, build and maintain our social media presence

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Collaborate with Client, agencies and other vendor partners

Requirements and skills :

Proven working experience in digital marketing

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email,

social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital

campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
