We are looking for an ambitious Expansion Manager - Kiosk to spearhead the development and management of strategic partnerships for our kiosks. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable locations, negotiating partnerships with restaurants, malls, multi-chain stores, highway joints, and other relevant stakeholders, and ensuring the successful operationalization of kiosks in those locations. They will be the face of the brand for all the liaisoning and property management.
Identify potential locations for kiosk operations in line with the company's expansion strategy.- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with restaurants, malls, multi-chain stores, highway joints, and other relevant stakeholders to secure prime locations for kiosk placement.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for lease agreements and partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential partnership opportunities.
Take ownership of the end-to-end process of getting the kiosk operational, including obtaining necessary approvals, permits, and licenses.- Coordinate with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth handover of operational kiosks and provide support as needed during the transition phase.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic partnerships, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or related roles, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and oversee kiosk operations.
