Key Role Objectives:
- New business revenue generation through aggressive exhibition sales.
- Build, manage and grow a diverse base of client relationships.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and meet appropriate targets set out by management.
- Regularly and accurately report on prospects and pipeline.
- On occasions work outside of contracted hours, this may include international and domestic travel.
- Establish, and maintain a level of market/client knowledge that can be utilized to assist in the planning and support of present and future event development and exhibition and sponsorship opportunities.
- Team Handling.
- Guiding the Regional Teams to Source New Clients for exhibition participation
- Providing 360 degree marketing solution to various clients to build franchise network which includes monthly magazine The Franchising World & Dotcom
- Active in getting New brands on board recently got Mahindra Farm Equipment division on board for Franchise expansion in West and South Region
- Price negotiation and closing the deal
- Conducts ongoing usage analysis to gauge product effectiveness.
- Leverages market data to develop / enhance the current business relationship.
- Conducts periodic audits and collect positive feedback for marketing purposes.
- Provides regular two-way communication between the customer and team to provide strong team representation and set proper customer expectations.
- Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
- Ensures that customers goals and expectations are being met.
- Proactively finds ways to build the clients business and grow accounts.
- Identifies up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for current customers to increase company revenue

Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers, particularly achieving genuine sales development. Ideal background would be in media sales; concept sales, Exhibitions, Online Sales.
