Job Description
Resource would require manage inbound calls in 24/7 working environment. Preferred experience of utilities background and understanding of business writing skills and comprehension of content of email and application onto client system to provide accurate and concise information to Customer and internal teams across locations. Resource would manage inbound and outbound calls.
