- Job Description: German Language Expert, NEXT Customer Service
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication: Provide accurate and professional customer support in German, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
Multilingual Support: Address queries from international customers in languages including English, German, Mandarin, and Arabic, regarding order status, tracking, and returns.
Order Processing and Returns: Efficiently manage order processing, tracking shipments, and processing returns for German-speaking customers and other international clients.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as adjusting customer accounts, processing refunds, and sending mass communications to customers regarding promotions or updates.
Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy in customer transactions, maintain detailed records, and uphold company policies regarding customer service standards and data protection regulations.
Requirements
Fluent in German (native or B2 level & above) and proficient in English.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an international environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively across different languages.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative tasks and customer interactions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Familiarity with customer service software and systems for order management and CRM is advantageous.
