Job Description

  • Initiate contract document for execution through contracting portal
  • Upload fully executed document to Contract repository tool
  • Archive executed Contracts
  • Answer any queries related to contracts that are available in contract repository
  • Follow up and close missing Contracts
  • Liaison with respective contract owners / Legal
  • Gap analysis from sourcing pipeline
  • Perform Contract audits and close open items / share observation against the defined process
  • Prepare and distribute monthly business performance pack and other process related reports
