  • Sending task confirmation to clients on standard email templates
  • To ensure client's on-line content continues to exceed customer expectations in terms of performance and presentation
  • Maintaining individual stats - Quality & Operational
  • Adhering to attendance policy and break schedules within shift
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
