. Graduation or diploma from college or university with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of education

. Highly accurate data entry input and high proficiency in computer keyboarding skills

. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal and superior organizational skills

. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask

. Professional, poised, and pleasant demeanor

. Support the property claim pricing team and field claim representatives and manage calendars and e-mails

. Computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft Office

. Customer service experience preferred
