Job Description

This position is accountable for the accurate and efficient distribution of information across multiple programs and products in support of policy and claim administration. Associates in this role must be able to operate across various systems and product workflows with limited oversight or supervision of core accountabilities.

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to understand and question established process guidelines for possible process improvements.
  • Ability to pay great attention to detail - especially during processing of transactions.
  • Possess keen sense of acquiring knowledge.
  • Adaptable and flexible to work in night shifts.
