Job Description

Primary Responsibility

Proficiency in sales operations & research

Brief Overview of the Process

Pipeline Adequacy & Tracking:

Proficiency in Excel & creating detailed reports for sales leaders

Ability to interpret pipeline trends & share insights with Sarika

Understand the requirements of the sales team & pushing them to pipeline addition

Enabling the sales team on day-to-day activities and be the single point of contact for each salesperson

Tracking sales operations:

Ability to track regular sales updates and bring actions to closure

Analyzing market trends and sharing insights on the future approach for sales operations

Research activities:

Advanced PowerPoint skills : Ability to analyze key trends, market insights & updates

Familiarity with research tools such as Glob Data, ZoomInfo etc.

Ability to synthesize & analyze financial statements, annual reports, earnings transcripts & identify key client challenges

Performance Parameters

Deep understandingof market trends, account challenges, analyzing annual statements, sales challenges and tracking actions to closure
Advanced Excel skills:Proficiency in data analysis, reporting & presenting
Business Insights
Effective communication

Role Responsibilities

.E

Primary Internal Interactions

.AM for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support.

.Manager for the purpose of settling issues left unresolved by the AM and monthly evaluation of performance

.CCEs (Team Members) for the purpose of seeking cooperation & clarification on process-related matters & providing assistance and support when required.

.Subject Matter Expert for the purpose of work thread related issues and escalated transactions

.QCA for the purpose of feedback and audit

.Trainers for the purpose of Pre-process and Process training

Primary External Interactions

.Escalation teams at the client end for the purpose of seeking clarifications & answering queries

.SME / Trainers at the client end for training
