The Insurance growth support team member will work closely with the BU leads, Client Executives, Account Managers and EXL Growth office in ensuring timely & accurate reporting & tracking of pipeline
2. Analyzing & coordinating with different teams (Frontend, BU teams, growth leaders & etc.) to track all the pipeline related work and will alert respective stakeholders when needed
3. Creating and publish dashboards on regular basis to share insights with leadership with special focus on large deals, strategic account, named accounts pipeline and also helps in deal prioritization
4. Maintain and enhance SFDC dashboards for Insurance
5. Educate sales team about the best practices (share educational emailers)
6. Tracking & reporting of CXOs meetings
7. Assisting in Monthly reviews with leadership team,
8. Quarterly/Monthly business review presentations related to Insurance business to EC members
9. Planning & driving monthly meeting & action items to closure Enabling with growth leaders
10. Ensure timely execution of planned tasks within the area of responsibility
11. Liaison with the cross functional teams such as Salesforce, Analytics, F&A, Consulting etc..
11. Create processes as and when required to monitor progress of various strategic initiatives taken within the business unit
12. Sharing client alumni movements for target focused accounts on a weekly basis
13. Support and analyze annual Customer Satisfaction Survey
14. Data governance in SFDC (cleanup of stale, non-moving deals and correction of other missing information)
