Job Description

  • Should possess analytical bent of mind and have worked or exposure in AR Cash application or back office collections process and disputes
  • Research-oriented, should have an understanding of how credit and debit entries are effected in the system
  • Proven ability to work cooperatively between collections analysts and departmentsappropriately.
  • Should have an eye for detail and accuracy, able to identify patterns and propose recommendations with a view to resolution
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, computer literate

SKILLS:

  • Knowledge about O2C Cash Apps, collections, disputes and Bankruptcy
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and propose resolution
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
