Job Description SAP Invoicer
- Generate invoices in SAP accurately and timely.
- Verify order details, pricing, and tax calculations.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams for order processing.
- Ensure compliance with company invoicing policies and GST regulations.
- Handle invoice corrections, cancellations, and reprints in SAP.
- Maintain records of invoices and related documents.
- Resolve invoicing discrepancies with internal teams and customers.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly invoice reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in SAP.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in SAP invoicing; good Excel skills preferred.
