Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Ensuring Attendance Punching system.
- Compliance of Wages/ Salary, earnings, deductions etc.
- Determining payroll liabilities and payments
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining payroll operations
- Also helping the team in other HR related activities.
- Looking after Statutory deductions PF, ESI, LWF etc.
- Full & Final Settlements
- Knowledge of Computer Word, EXCEL and Internet
Required Profile:-
- Should be manage the payroll of around 300-500 employees.
- Should be at least graduate in education.
- Required - 2.4 Years of experience in factory especially manpower handling.
- Should be good in communication skills
