Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Ensuring Attendance Punching system.
  • Compliance of Wages/ Salary, earnings, deductions etc.
  • Determining payroll liabilities and payments
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Maintaining payroll operations
  • Also helping the team in other HR related activities.
  • Looking after Statutory deductions PF, ESI, LWF etc.
  • Full & Final Settlements
  • Knowledge of Computer Word, EXCEL and Internet

Required Profile:-

  • Should be manage the payroll of around 300-500 employees.
  • Should be at least graduate in education.
  • Required - 2.4 Years of experience in factory especially manpower handling.
  • Should be good in communication skills
