Position Objective-

Halma India provides support for infrastructure, statutory facilitation and environment for group companies to start-up and grow business operations in India. This position will be responsible for providing support in the HR related activities within Halma India in areas of Talent Management, Culture building, HR admin, Employee related initiatives and Engagement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, Conduct and own the Employee Engagement activities and coordination of interaction within multiple groups of the company at various levels and locations.
  • Conduct and be responsible for internal HR initiatives and programs at intervals
  • Be an active team member to support in organizing and executing the annual employee awards and recognition programs.
  • Maintain analytics, feedback and monthly metrics for Talent Engagement / Initiatives.
  • Should be proficient in onboarding new employees. Conducting onboarding and induction.
  • Maintaining employee files and regular audit of the same. Responsible for accuracy and maintenance of personal records for all employees.
  • Provide employee clarification on policies.
  • Provide timely information and records for statutory compliance
  • Provide administrative support for Internship programs.
  • Responsible for managing employee life cycle related processes and documentation.

Critical Success factors -

  • Effectiveness of the engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Adherence to the processes with quality output

Academic qualification -

  • Graduation: mid-top tier institution
  • Post-graduation in HR

Experience -

  • Work experience: 4-6 years
  • Experience in multinational company would be preferable
