Position: Executive Talent Acquisition & Placements

Location: Navi Mumbai (Vashi)

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Salary Provided: 16000 to 22000 Fixed Per month + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment:

Source, screen and provide qualified candidates for Sales hiring (BDE,MARKETING, Sales manager etc)

Follow up with candidates for scheduled interviews in a timely manner so as to ensure smooth process

Follow up timely with Senior to check the feedback and next steps for candidates

Reduce our time-to-hire

Network online and offline with potential candidates to create credibility

Proven work experience as a NON IT Recruiter.

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for NON IT roles

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting, LinkedIn Hiring and Boolean search).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Student Placements:

Responsible to place MCTA students in companies which are hiring for Digital Marketing position

Responsible to source and on-board new companies on a regular basis having requirement for Digital marketing

Liaison between corporate HR and students to schedule interviews and responsible to successfully place students in reputed organization

Giving demo on MCTA's placement portal to students who are applying for placement assistance program offered by us.

Maintaining positive relations with students and ensuring student satisfaction and resolving student concerns/queries related to placements

Responsible for grooming students by conducting Mock Interviews with Student, guiding them on resume making and preparing them for Interviews

Co-ordinating with external consultant in conducting interview skills workshop monthly across all the centers
