JD:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process to help bring top talent into the company as well as client organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to find the best candidates.
  • Conduct phone or in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Keep in touch with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate.
  • 1-2 year of recruitment experience.(Fresher can apply)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals.
