Job Responsibilities
1. Knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and procurement processes.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
3. Regularly follow up with the vendor for timely delivery.
4. Maintain the documentation and update all records with Indent Details (Requirement/ Payment etc.) with Bills.
5. IMPORT & EXPORT Documentation & related activities. Keeping all the necessary paperwork related to Imports & Export and sharing the same with the accounts dept, i.e. AWB copy, BOE, invoice, packing list, etc.
6. Open for Field-related activities as well.
7. Coordination for Inbound & Outbound with logistics for on-time delivery and record keeping.
8. Reporting and internal communication to provide a smooth flow of information.
9. Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1. Possess good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access).
4. Efficiency in multitasking, prioritization of tasks, and time management.
5. Ability to work with management and staff at all levels.
6. Hands-on experience with ODOO/ other ERP modules
