Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall objectives.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to shape HR policies and practices.
Talent Management:
Oversee the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Lead efforts to nurture talent pipelines and succession planning processes.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues, conflict resolution, and performance concerns.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
Provide guidance and support for disciplinary actions, terminations, and legal compliance.
Organizational Development:
Partner with business leaders to assess organizational needs and develop strategies for driving continuous improvement.
Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational restructuring efforts.
o Implement programs to foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
HR Operations and Compliance:
Oversee HR operations, including policy development, HRIS management, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Partner with legal counsel as needed to address complex HR issues and mitigate risk.
Leadership and Team Development:
Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide regular feedback to direct reports.
Identify training and development needs within the HR team and implement initiatives to enhance capabilities.
Required skills and qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree preferred).
3+ years of progressive experience in HR roles. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
