Coordinating with department managers and team leaders to ensure that employee engagement programs are aligned with the hospital's overall goals and objectives.
Preparing Induction for the New Joiners.
Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve the employee experience.
Conducting Mandatory trainings, exit interviews, rewards & recognition etc.
Communications with in the unit.
Assist in HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating HR systems.
