Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Draftsman with 2-3 years of experience in architectural drafting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in producing detailed construction drawings at a rapid pace while managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the design and execution of large-scale workspace interiors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, for workspace interiors.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Utilize CAD software to create accurate and high-quality construction drawings efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering drawings within tight deadlines.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from team members and clients (especially refurb projects)
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Experience (Years) Required

02-03 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably in workspace interior projects.

Qualification

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, or similar drafting software with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
