Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive, Sr.Executive, Asst.Manager-IT. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to IT management and support. This includes managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring data security and privacy, and providing technical support to employees. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and strategies to optimize business operations and enhance productivity. ERP implementation, CSV .

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Experience in managing and maintaining IT hardware and software
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of network administration and security
• Experience in data backup and recovery
• Proficient in programming languages and software development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
