Job Responsibilities:
Oversee pharmacovigilance and non-pharmacovigilance training for employees, subsidiaries, partners, and vendors worldwide.
Administer e-learning systems and portals.
Monitor and track training compliance.
Conduct cyclical reviews of training-related documents and files.
Manage and maintain training documentation.
Contribute to the development of departmental processes, applications, and methodologies.
Perform impact analysis for pharmacovigilance training compliance strategies and develop procedural documents, including SOPs, WIs, WPS, and other relevant processes.
