Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef at LEVVEL 5 Foodz (P) Limited in Surat. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes. Additionally, the Executive Sous Chef will manage kitchen staff, maintain inventory, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

  • Culinary expertise, menu planning, and food preparation skills
  • Leadership, team management, and training abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced culinary setting
  • Creativity and innovation in designing new dishes
  • Certification from a culinary institute is a plus
