  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and maintaining high standards of service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to enhance overall service excellence
  • This role requires a strong commitment to customer-centric practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to optimize service processes
  • Responsibilities:Customer Satisfaction:Develop and implement strategies to measure and improve customer satisfaction
  • Gather feedback through surveys, customer interactions, and other channels to identify areas for enhancement
  • Service Quality Assurance:Establish and monitor service quality benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with service standards
  • Process Improvement:Analyze service delivery processes and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
  • Training and Development:Develop training programs for service-oriented teams to enhance skills and uphold service standards
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on customer service excellence
  • Communication:Facilitate clear and effective communication between service teams and other departments
  • Ensure that customer feedback is communicated to relevant teams for continuous improvement
  • Customer Advocacy:Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization
  • Act as an advocate for customers needs and requirements across various departments
  • Problem Resolution:Address escalated customer issues and work towards satisfactory resolutions
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure prompt and effective problem-solving
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with product development, sales, and other departments to align service strategies with overall business objectives
