Job Description

  • Coordinate with sales team to understand client requirements for Interactive flat panels, video
    walls, and smart boards.
  • Manage installation logistics including dispatching panels, coordinating with
    engineers/workers, and ensuring timely installation at client sites.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of installations and client information.
  • Provide technical support and resolve queries post-installation, ensuring excellent customer
    service.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients post-installation and assist with pre-sales demonstrations
    if required.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and clients.
Desired Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT operations, with knowledge of IT hardware installation and basic
    IT operations skills.
  • Familiarity with Interactive flat panels, video walls, and smart boards preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
