Job Summary
This position is responsible for attracting and hiring fresh engineering graduates from universities and supporting the recruitment lifecycle. In addition, the position will be involved in supporting the recruitment of other positions within the company.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment:
- Assist campus hiring initiatives by establishing and maintaining partnerships with colleges and universities & attending careers fairs to promote employer branding.
- Liaise with college placement offices to schedule campus recruitment drives and events.
- Assist in attracting talent from campuses, including internship programs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for campus hires and internal open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with Academy staff to identify entry-level hiring needs and implement recruitment strategies.
- Support in the internal recruitment of training academy staff.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts by compiling data and preparing reports.
- Operations:
- Manage employee documentation and records, including offer letters, and personnel files.
- Rolling out the offer letters, employment contracts and confirmation letters for freshers and junior positions.
- Maintain trainees data in the One Drive and HRIS.
- Make sure employees are closing attendance timely on the HRIS.
- Running the monthly payroll timely for all the trainees.
- Support HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline HR processes focused on recruitment and improve organizational efficiency.
- Keep records of performance metrics of all batches of trainees.
- Assist in the implementation of the policies and company's rules and regulations.
- .Assist in the onboarding and graduation-related activities.
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities to ensure a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in campus recruitment/engineering hiring and college tie-ups is a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and campus hiring trends.
- Demonstrated experience with different sourcing strategies such as social recruiting, online job postings, etc. and excellent relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations, including employee relations and HRIS systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
