- Provide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives
- Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently
- Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes
- Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines
- Document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as the project's scope, budget, and justification
- Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details and technicalities
- Excellent organizational and technical abilities
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
Responsibilities
- Project resourcing: allocating resources to complete a project, including people, financing, software, and materials
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Manage project financials, resourcing, projections, compliances (internal as well as external)
- Prepare and govern daily project operations based on project plan
- Prepare for bi-weekly cadence with project sponsor, weekly cadence with investor & steering committee for top management
- Maintain various internal project trackers for different phases of project
- Manage onboarding, payment, compliance for vendors and subcontractors
Education
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
- SAP Certification
