Executive Sales Representative

Sharman Jain Sweets is a traditional dessert producer and retailer founded by Bipan Jain in 1995. We offer a versatile range of sweets, from traditional delicacies to contemporary desserts. Our products are prepared with high-quality ingredients and in a hygienic environment to deliver the most divine experience to our patrons.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative at Sharman Jain Sweets in Chandigarh. The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities and building and maintaining relationships with customers. They will handle sales inquiries, provide product information, negotiate and close sales deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Knowledge of the dessert industry and products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in local languages
• Prior experience in the food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
