Key Result Areas
Achieve primary sales targets
- Show inventory to partners during trade shows
- Fill attributes of products for partners
- Receive POs for partners for products
Tracking secondary / primary sales
- Keep track of secondary sales across categories for partners
- Keep track of primary sales on brand website
Reconciliation of accounts
- Regulate discounts
- Handle pending partner over-dues
- Take care of PPM (Pre-production management planning)
Demand planning
- Liaise with demand team to get appropriate demand ready according to PPM
- Reassign products to different channels depending on product performance across a channel
Partner relationship management
- Discuss and analyze sales performance with partners
Marketing / visibility of products
- Negotiate with partners for right product placement
- Market brands on portal
