Position Objective
Keeler intends to hire a sales coordinator for day-to-day Business Support and Sales & Customer support administration. A Sales coordinator is expected to effectively communicate with all stakes holders (Sales Team, Supply Chain, Accounts & Distributors) to bridge the gaps in orders processing for maximizing the monthly sales revenue.
Responsibilities
Preparing and sending Proforma Invoice (Sales Quote) to Dealers/customers of Indian Subcontinent
Regular Follow up with customers/Dealers/Sales Team for orders and payments
Report on a weekly basis consolidated sales into India market/wider countries of Windsor invoiced and Halma India Billing. This should be sent to Sales Director by close of business each Thursday.
Complete Order processing communication with Halma India team, Sales Team, and Dealers for seamless execution of orders.
Placing Regular order through Halma India for stock and sales in consultation with Business Head
Maintaining & Updating Sales Pipeline with the input from Sales Team
Maintaining and updating user s database for Key products for India region
Support Dealers for Tenders (authorization/Quality Documents)/Renewal of Yearly Authorizations/Dealer Agreement
Keeping Track of Sales Data for Keeler India
Coordinating with Windsor for Material delivery, Spares supply and Demo Equipment as and when required
India Service Billing Coordination
Co-ordination of import and export of spares/equipment for repairs with supply chain team (UK and India)
Coordinating with Keeler Marketing team for Literatures /Marketing material and making it available in India for events/congress.
Coordinating with Regulatory team as and when required for Quality Documents (ISO/FDA/CE/BIS/Indian MDR) to support dealers
Keeping track of Keeler India Demo Equipment Inventory
