A B2B Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining relationships with business clients. The role involves understanding the client's business needs and providing solutions that align with their goals. The executive must be proficient in building rapport with key decision-makers and negotiating contracts.
Identify and target potential business clients through market research and networking.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase products or services to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a B2B Sales Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
