Job Title: Sales Executive
- Location: Hazratganj Lucknow
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, property listings, and competitor activity.
- Conduct property viewings, demonstrations, and presentations.
- 3. Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities and closures.
- 4. Client Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.

- 6. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations).
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
